A Little Franking History
The Congressional frank dates
back to the English House of Commons
some time during the 17th century. The
American Continental Congress authorized
franking privileges to its members as a
means of informing their constituents,
enacting a franking law in 1775. While
we at DNA Communications Group Inc.
cannot claim to have started our service
quite that early, we are the leaders,
and originators of the automated
franking call, as the franking privilege
has remained a valuable, and necessary
tool of our government representatives
for over 200 years, and we are working
with Congress to unite new technology
and franking into the 21st Century.
Franking as some of us
know it today
We have designed our automated
call system to work in conjunction with
your newsletter and webpage, to help
improve communications between your
office and your constituents.
Your newsletter and webpage
provides valuable information to your
constituents. Franking calls are
designed to help the house member
receive information, quickly and
efficiently, on how your constituents
feel about issues of concern to the
district.
For half the cost of a postage
stamp, and no printing costs, there is
no more cost effective way to get the
information you need.
A Frank answer as to what you can
expect when you work with us
When you work with us, we will
help prepare questions and responses
that are effective in getting you the
answers you need, in a timely, organized
format. Our system shows your
constituents that you are concerned with
their opinions, and aids the member in
effective communication with their
constituents.
We provide outstanding customer
service, to help tailor your surveys to
your needs. Our technology uses the
latest, state of the art equipment.
Call who you want, when you want. Have
your constituents take your survey
directly over the phone, or direct them
to your local office, website, or 800
number.
